WANTED is a coming of age solo performance set in rural West Texas. It explores desire, belonging, celebrity, and criminality through the story of a young girl and her pursuit of a dream to sing. When she forges a series of hot checks and lands in a juvenile detention center, audiences come to understand the dangers of incarcerating not only bodies, but imagination.
